The site is made up of twelve bluffs (A-L). LT Leon was responsible for engineering design, engineering oversight, and full time construction inspection for bluffs C, D, & E, approximately 40 acres. Design included natural landform regrade, along with design of a park maintenance road, including a low water crossing and turnout.
