This two phase design-build project consisted of 20,000 SF & 14,000 SF warehouse/office additions, three new loading docks, new parking areas, ADA accessibility upgrade, landscaping, and drainage improvements at the 7-acre site.

LT Leon was responsible for stormwater management system to provide water quality treatment, phased site plan, demo plan, truck turning analysis, grading and utility plans, and City approval assistance.
